As the World Athletics U20 Championships 22 kick off in Cali, Absa Bank Kenya wishes Team Kenya as they join 1500 athletes from 140 teams competing for the top prize at the Pascual Guerrero Olympic Stadium between 1-6 August.

As part of an extensive sponsorship that covered the U 20 National Trials, Absa Bank Kenya kitted the junior team on Friday before they departed later that night for Colombia.
The country’s stars of the future are out to defend the overall title won during the previous edition held in Nairobi last year, where they bagged a record haul of 16 medals. Kenya also won the 2018 edition held in Tampere, Finland.

The World Athletics U20 Championships follows the senior event held in Oregon where Kenya finished fourth on the overall medal standings after winning an impressive 10 medals.
Absa Bank Kenya also kitted the senior team as part of the overall sponsorship benefits from the brand.
